Terms of Service

Pre-launch terms for the Sovelyx SMS review environment.

1. Service scope

Sovelyx SMS is being developed as a customer-facing platform for virtual-number and SMS services supplied through authorized upstream integrations. The current review environment does not process live transactions.

2. Lawful use

Users must use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes and must comply with applicable law, upstream-provider policies, and relevant third-party service terms.

3. Orders and refunds

Commercial order availability, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility will depend on the applicable upstream route and order state. Final production terms will be published before live launch.
